Quick WWE NXT Results (6/15)

Results by Brian Richey and pwinsider.com

The entire top bowl and side behind the camera are taped off. Really surprising. Guess NXT doesn’t draw like it used to.

New ring announcer is out and has a cute haircut. And she just announced Dos Caras as the Raleigh jobber he’s about to face.

Dos Caras def. Jason Stone with a running Shining Wizard in the corner.

NXT Time

All of the mentors are back in the ring except for Miz. MVP explains last week was an initiation and asks if they’re all cool. They all shake hands and Striker announces Kaval vs. Riley next.

Kaval hype video. Indy footage used.

Laycool on commentary. Riley shoves him around a bit until Kaval hits hard axe-handles. Back and forth submissions. Kaval with a series of kicks and a standing double stomp. He goes for Warriors Way and misses, letting Riley hit a modified stunner slam for the win.

Post-match Riley says Miz told him to take it alone. Laycool promises to train Kaval to make him better. Morrison puts both guys over. Ryder says the new ring announcer is hot.

Several hype videos until the next match. Eli Cottonwood talks growing up on a farm, tearing people apart, and being afraid of himself. Husky Harris talks his athletic background.

Video of Zack Ryder telling Titus O’Neal that he wants his respect and they both agree they want him to win.

Kofi Kingston and Michael McGuillicutty def. Mark Henry and Lucky Cannon. Good chain wrestling by the rookies with big arm drags and headlocks. Perfect Jr. hits a sudden tornado-like DDT to get the win.

Both pros commend their rookies. Cody Rhodes buries Lucky for losing and we all notice his nose stud. Henry challenges him to face Lucky next week and Cody accepts, knocking Striker off the stage to prove what he’ll do. The others tend to Matt and NXT ends.
