Early WWE RAW Rating #’s, Hulk Hogan/SmackDown, More

— As noted last week here on the website, the reason WWE has Hulk Hogan set to appear at the SmackDown taping on May 20 in London at the O2 Arena is that WWE has low attendance when they hold events two nights in a row at the same building. Last year, Undertaker worked the SmackDown taping in London to draw a bigger crowd.

— WWE NXT performer Enzo Amore has resumed training this week after he was injured with a broken leg last fall.

— The early numbers for Monday night’s WWE RAW broadcast are in and the show averaged 4.13 million viewers. That is down a lot from last week’s 4.77 million viewers. The first hour drew 4.22 million viewers, the second hour drew 4.39 million viewers and the third hour drew 3.79 million viewers. The good news is that numbers kept rising throughout the broadcast.

RAW had stiff competition with the NHL and NBA playoffs. Speaking of the NBA playoffs, RAW ranked #2 behind them on cable TV.
