Justin Gabriel Signs With Pro Wrestling Syndicate – Details

UPDATE x 2: Pro Wrestling Syndicate has announced that former WWE Superstar Justin Gabriel, aka Darewolf PJ Black, is scheduled to work their upcoming event, PWS Frozen Fallout, later this week. Black is set to take AR Fox’s spot in the Suicidal Six Way title match. The event is scheduled for Jan. 31 in Rahway, New Jersey. The announcement is available below:

WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstar Justin Gabriel as of Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015. WWE wishes Justin Gabriel the best in all of his future endeavors.

ORIGINAL: Although we don’t have a lot of details at this point, Justin Gabriel quit WWE this weekend.

Gabriel, real name Paul Lloyd, Jr., signed a developmental deal with the promotion in 2008, where he was asigned to the Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) promotion, WWE’s developmental territory at the time.

In February of 2010, Gabriel competed in the first season of NXT, finishing third in the competition, before being called up to the main roster in June of 2010, joining “The Nexus” faction. Gabriel is a former three-time WWE Tag-Team Champion.
