Goldberg: ‘My WWE Run Wasn’t A Lot Of Fun’, & More

Goldberg appeared on ESPN’s SportsNation today and talked about his wrestling career, his WWE run and more. Check out the highlights:

* When asked how he got into professional fighting, he said that he was getting ready to wrestle in Japan and decided that he needed to adjust in order to adapt to strong style. Goldberg then started to train for fighting/MMA and decided he liked it.

* Talking about the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight, he said that it was a bit of a letdown and that, whether he was injured or not, Pacquiao just didn’t seem to be able to land much.

* When asked about a potential WWE return, he said, “Kids would ask me, ‘when are you going to WWE?’ I did it for them, it was probably the most tumultuous year of my entire life. I’ve done a lot of things, but that wasn’t something that was a lot of fun for me.”

* He added that he’s being politically correct because he’s waiting on a WWE video game, so he may appear in WWE 2K16 or one of the mobile games.
