WWE released a statement saying that Seth Rollins re-injured his right knee “during Samoa Joe’s ambush” at the end of Raw.
Rollins is in Birmingham, AL being examined, according to PWInsider, so it appears to be a legit injury.
It is the same knee that Rollins underwent surgery on in November 2015 to repair his ACL/MCL/medial meniscus, which caused him to miss WrestleMania 32.
No word yet on how severe the injury is or how much time Rollins might miss.
WWE posted a video of Rollins leaving Raw on crutches.
Rollins tweeted this photo:
Wish I could say it was just a bad dream. pic.twitter.com/mr5vu1MEVp

Samoa Joe posted this… WWE seems to be treating the injury as part of the angle.

Not confirmed that this is when the injury happened, but Rollins appears to plant awkwardly on his knee as he’s being taken down by Samoa Joe in this gif:

In this video, Joe appears to ask Rollins, “Are you ok?” Rollins says, “I hope so.”
