In-Ring Segment: Bruce Prichard, Lashley, Magnus, James Storm

After being assaulted by EC3 last week, Bruce Prichard comes out to open IMPACT! Wrestling. Tyrus accompanies him for protection. Bruce says that EC3’s actions will be dealt with but right now, it’s time to deal with another matter. Bruce calls out Lashley, who’s wondering who he will be defending the World title against at Slammiversary. EC3 interrupts and declares he will become the number one contender in tonight’s triple threat main event. Magnus and James Storm are out next and both lay claim to the number one contender-ship. Storm doesn’t want to wait until the main event but Bruce says if there’s any physical altercation, the match will be called off!


KM & Kongo Kong w/ Sienna & Laurel Van Ness vs. Mahabali Shera & Braxton Sutter w/ Allie

Sienna hooks the leg of Sutter, allowing Kong to go on the attack. This time, it’s Laurel’s turn to get involved as she distracts Shera on the apron. Kong and KM beat down Shera on their side of the ring, preventing him from tagging in Sutter. Shera’s finally able to tag in Sutter who takes the fight to KM! Sutter connects with a big jumping neck breaker from the second rope. Kong takes out both Sutter and Shera a huge double clothesline. Laurel attempts to kiss Shera but Allie stops her! Allie takes out Laurel and Sienna with a running crossbody. Kong headbutts Shera and KM rolls him up with a hold of the tights to win.

Winners: KM & Kongo Kong

After the match, the brawl continues. Sienna and Laurel attack Allie until none other than the Knockout’s champion, Rosemary, makes the save! What’s behind Rosemary coming to the aid of Allie?


Fallah Bahh & Mario Bokara vs. Veterans of War (Wilcox & Mayweather)
GFW Tag Team Title Tournament – 1st Round Match

Bokara holds Mayweather’s leg, allowing Fallah Bahh to take advantage with a huge Samoan drop. Fallah Bahh connects with a running leg drop across the throat of Mayweather! Fallah Bahh charges at Mayweather in the corner but he avoids him and makes the tag to Wilcox. Wilcox catches Bokara in mid-air and hits him with a big suplex. Mayweather and Wilcox hit the MOAB on Bokara to win. They will face LAX for the GFW Tag Team Championships next week!

In-Ring Segment: Josh Mathews, Jeremy Borash, Joseph Park, Scott Steiner




Josh Mathews is in the ring to reveal who his tag team partner will be when he faces Jeremy Borash and Joseph Park at Slammiversary. Surprisingly, Josh apologizes to JB for everything he’s done. They’re about to shake hands when JB’s attorney, Joseph Parks interrupts and tells him not to! Josh admits his apology wasn’t genuine. Parks and Josh are about to fight when Josh’s partner at Slammiversary is revealed – Big Poppa Pump, Scott Steiner! Steiner chases JB into the crowd, allowing Josh to hit a low blow on Parks! Steiner locks in the Steiner Recliner on Parks as Josh taunts JB from the top rope. Josh Mathews replaces JB on commentary for the remainder of the show.


Backstage: Eli Drake, Moose, Chris Adonis

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Eli Drake about his attack on IMPACT! Grand Champion, Moose. Moose shows up for revenge but security holds him back. Drake challenges Moose for his title next week and he accepts! Chris Adonis appears and joins Drake in a 2 on 1 assault on Moose before retreating.


Davey Richards & Angelina Love vs. Eddie Edwards & Alisha
Mixed Tag Team Match

These rivals waste no time as the brawl starts on the outside of the ring! Eddie hits Davey with his signature shot of caffeine, the suicide dive! Angelina rakes the eyes of Eddie but Alisha takes both Angelina and Davey out with a huge crossbody from the top rope! Eddie attempts to tag in Alisha but Angelina pulls her off the apron. Davey charges at Eddie but gets caught with a suplex into the corner turnbuckles! Eddie tags in Alisha who takes the fight to Angelina! Angelina attempts a bicycle kick but Alisha avoids it and rolls her up to win!

After the match, Davey and Angelina attack Eddie and Alisha from behind. They handcuff Eddie to the ropes so all he can do is watch as Angelina powerbombs Alisha through a table.


Segment: Rockstar Spud

Rockstar Spud gives us an update on his condition. He says he needs one more week of recovery before getting revenge on the man who brutally attacked him with a hammer, Swoggle!


Magnus vs. Ethan Carter III vs. “Cowboy” James Storm
Three Way, No DQ Match to Determine No. 1 Contender for IMPACT! Wrestling World Title

Before the match begins, Josh Mathews reveals that the winner of this match will bypass GFW Global Champion, Alberto El Patron as number one contender for the IMPACT! Wrestling world title. EC3 and Magnus hit Storm with a double suplex on the unprotected ramp! Things get extreme as EC3 and Magnus take turns hitting Storm with a kendo stick! EC3 takes another swing but hits Magnus by accident! It’s every man for himself as Magnus repays the favor with a kendo stick shot to EC3! Storm takes out both EC3 and Magnus with a DDT, neckbreaker combo move, followed by numerous steel chair shots! Storm places a garbage can between Magnus’ legs and smashes a steel chair into it! EC3 hits Storm with the TK3 for a near fall. EC3 misses a splash in the corner, allowing Magnus to hit him with a big running knee. Storm hits EC3 with a DDT on the apron, the hardest part of the ring! EC3 connects with the One Percenter on Magnus for another near fall. Magnus is stuck in the Tree of Woe but is able to throw Storm and EC3 off the top rope! Storm drives EC3 into a chair in the corner, followed by a running necbreaker. Magnus breaks up the pin attempt with an elbow drop from the top rope! Storm hits Magnus with the Last Call superkick but EC3 knocks Storm outside the ring and pins Magnus to win! EC3 is the number one contender for the IMPACT! Wrestling World Title.

Winner: EC3
