X-Pac’s “Drug” Arrest Case Has Been Dropped and He’s Been Cleared

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has dropped the case around Sean Waltman’s “drug” arrest at LAX airport last month due to “insufficient evidence,” Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting.

X-Pac was arrested last month after cops say they allegedly found meth and marijuana on him while he was trying to fly to the UK for an indy wrestling show. However, X-Pac was adamant that the pills on him were not meth, but were medicine for a yeast infection that he had and he said that he would be cleared once the testing came back. And now, that appears to have happened. X-Pac also claimed at the time that he would have been let go if it wasn’t for “one guy” (dickhead) who insisted he be arrested.

TMZ confirmed that the pills tested negative for meth and the case is now essentially over.

X-Pac did apparently have weed on him, but it was a legal amount in the state of California, the DA’s office said, telling TMZ, “There may be a federal crime here, but there’s no state crime.” Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the case is now over.

Nice, but also unfortunate that X-Pac even had to go through all this.
