Update to Brock Lesnar’s Status in WWE and MMA

As previously reported, Brock Lesnar is currently rumored to be considering a return to MMA in the near future. While reports of him fighting for UFC at November’s Madison Squared Garden show were debunked, Pro Wrestling Sheet reported Lesnar is trying to start a bidding war between UFC and WWE over his future services.

In an update to Lesnar’s current WWE contract status, this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter stated terms of Lesnar’s contract includes an auto renewal option which triggers if neither side informs the other of wanting to terminate the contract. Lesnar’s current contract expires the day after next year’s Wrestlemania 34.


NJPW to Open New Merchandise Distributor for Australia

Bade Luke Fale recently announced on Twitter New Japan Pro Wrestling will be launching a new official merchandise distributor called Silver Lion Sports King for Australia.


WWE Did You Know – Most WWE Matches Wrestled in 2017 So Far

In a “WWE Did You Know” type fact, Sami Zayn has currently wrestled the most matches this year in the WWE at 100 matches. WWE Champion Jinder Mahal wrestled the second most matches at 99 while Kevin Owens and Charlotte are currently tied for third at 98 matches each.
