In-Ring: Shane McMahon and Sami Zayn

Shane McMahon music hits and he makes his way out to the ring. “What’s up Milwaukee?” says Shane Mcmahoon. For the last two weeks he’s been going under some physical rehab, but he’s back in this ring and back in charge. November 19, Survivor Series is approaching us. He learned at a very early age, that when you’re going to get into a fight, it’s always better to strike first. That’s why they paid a little visit to Monday Night RAW last night. He talks about Kurt Angle’s comments towards SmackDown not being good enough. Shane says that “We caught RAW completely by surprise, but they won’t.”

Sami Zayn’s music hits and he comes out dancing as usual. “Well firstly, hello. Hello Shane, good to see you”, says Zayn. “No hard feelings about Hell in a Cell”. Shane says oh there is. Shane bring sup HIAC and mentions that he could have been seriously injured, “so there is a lot of hard feelings!” Sami Zayn says that if Shane McMahon was standing here today as the competitor, he would leave him hurting even worse than HIAC. Zayn says that the reason why he is out here right now, he and Kevin Owens have decided that “fine, fine, we will be a part of SmackDown Live at Survivor Series.” The bottom line is that Shane wants Owens and Zayn, no, Shane needs Owens and Zayn for Survivor Series. The bottom line is that Kevin Owens and himself have volunteered themselves for Survivor Series. Shane says that he doesn’t want them and doesn’t need them to represent SD at Survivor Series.

Shane says that if Sami Zayn defeats a certain wrestler, he will make the SmackDown Survivor Series team. His opponent is Randy Orton. The winner will be the first member of the SmackDown Live Survivor Series team.


The New Day vs. Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin

A matchup that is presented by Jolly Rancher, “Keep on sucking.” Tou can hear Graves or Saxton say “what?”

The match starts with Woods and Chad Gable. Drop kick by Woods. Gable tags Benjamin and Woods tags Kofi. Both men trying to out-wrestle each other. Kofi finally takes down Benjamin and makes the tag to Xavier Woods. Cover by Woods, 1,2 kickout by Benjamin. Benjamin sends Woods into the ropes, runs and clotheslines him to the outside.

Suplex by Benjamin, covers, 1,2 but a kick out by Kofi. Kofi Kingston was able to counter and hit the DDT on Benjamin. Both men make the tag. Woods does a number on Gable, covers, 1,2 but kick out by Gable. Gable doe sa spinning front kick with both feet to take down Woods. Gable tags Benjamin, double suplex. Woods fights back with an elbow followed by a kick, 1,2 but Benjamin kicks out. Both men back up, Benjamin delivers a spine buster and makes the tag. Gable on the top rope with a flying clothesline on Kofi. All four wrestlers were in the ring at that time. The match ended with Gable sending Woods to the ropes and Benjamin kicks him while standing on the apron, Gable covers for the 3 count.

Winners: Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin


Backstage: Charlotte, Becky Lynch, Tamina, Lana, Naomi, Carmella, Daniel Bryan

Charlotte, Becky Lynch, Tamina, Lana, Naomi and Carmella were backstage. Daniel Bryan interrupts them and assures that all of them will be at Survivor Series. Lana tells Bryan that there are six of them, Bryan says “Not you Lana.” He realizes that some of them don’t like each other, but they have to unite. Charlotte volunteers to be the captain. They started arguing. Bryan makes a fatal-five way match, where the winner becomes team Survivor Series captain.


Segment: Fashion Dogs

Breezango are shown in a Reservoir Dogs parody. Backstage, James Ellsworth is shown taped to a chair with his mouth duck taped. The Ascension were taunting him, asking where the missing briefcase is. They were going to dump a canister of gas on him, but Carmella shows up to get Ellsworth. Fandango takes the Money in the Bank briefcase away from her, opens it and finds James Ellsworth’s dirty underwear. Carmella is grossed out and drags Ellsworth away.


Backstage: Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan is talking to Shane backstage about what happened on RAW. Mentioning the fact that Bryan was unaware. Bryan thought they were a team and he didn’t even know. Shane says that as commissioner sometimes he has to make decisions on his own. Bryan disagrees with Shane’s decision. Shane says he appreciates that, but as a commissioner, sometimes he has to make decisions on his own, it’s part of the job description. Bryan tells him that he’s just putting in his input, that’s part of his job description.


Baron Corbin vs. Sin Cara

This was a non-title match. Corbin takes Sin Cara and throws him in the corner. Pummels him in the corner. Corbin throws Sin Cara half way across the ring. Corbin knees him in the stomach, followed by an elbow to the back of the neck. Sin Cara tries to fight back with an elbow, followed by punches and kicks. Back elbow by Sin Cara takes Corbin to the outside. Two suicide dives by Sin Cara. Sin Cara all fired up in the match. Back in the ring, Sin Cara delivers a missile drop kick, 1,2 but Corbin kicks out. Corbin goes to the outside for a few seconds to regroup himself, then Corbin storms into the ring, fights back with a spine buster and then unloads on Sin Cara with many punches and elbows. Referee calls for the bell because Corbin wouldn’t let him with punches and elbows.

Corbin leaves the ring, and Sin Cara is announced as the winner. Corbin gets upset, walks back and delivers the End of Days to Sin Cara on the outside.

Winner: by DQ, Sin Cara


In-Ring: Jinder Mahal and The Singh Brothers

The Singh Brothers introduce WWE Champion Jinder Mahal. They make their way to the ring. USA chant breaks from the crowd. Jinder says that there are those that speak the truth and those who lie. Paul Heyman is a liar. They show a clip of Paul Heyman from yesterday’s RAW calling him “The make-believe Maharaja.” Heyman ends up the promo by saying that Jinder is going to suplex city.

“Unlike that used car salesman, Paul Heyman, I will tell you the truth.” says Jinder Everything that he has of the WWE, he has earned. He calls himself the most powerful man in the entire WWE. He dominated Randy Orton, out-wrestled Shinsuke. Crowd chants USA again. He says that he is Brock Lesnar’s worst nightmare. At Survivor Series he will prove to all of us and especially to Brock, exactly why the Maharaja era has just begun.

As for tonight, his loyal brother, Sunil, will face AJ Styles. Styles’ music hits and he comes out.


AJ Styles vs. Sunil Singh

Referee tells Jinder Mahal to leave the ringside area. Jinder leaves. Bell rings and match starts. Right hand by AJ followed by a headbutt. Samir is on the apron, AJ grabs him. AJ grabs Sunil and sends him into Samir. AJ applies the calf crusher and Sunil taps.

Winner by submission: AJ Styles


Backstage: Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens

Backstage, we see Kevin Owens telling Sami Zayn that he will face Shinsuke Nakamura next week and the winner becomes a member of the Survivor Series team.


Backstage: Daniel Bryan, Jinder Mahal, Singh Brothers

Jinder and the Singh Brothers are upset. Jinder says that since Sunil couldn’t get the job done, Samir will avenge him. Bryan makes the match for next week. AJ Styles vs. Samir Singh.


Fatal Five Way Match
Tamina vs. Carmella vs. Naomi vs. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte

The winner becomes the SmackDown Live women’s team captain. The match kicks off and all five women start fighting each other. Naomi, Becky Lynch and Charlotte get thrown out of the ring. Tamina with the Samoan drop on Carmella. Back from commercial, all five women are ouside of the ring. Charlotte with some chips onto Tamina. She then delivers a running kick taking Carmella out. A fallaway slam from Charlotte onto Tamina. Becky Lynch with a running forearm off the ring apron onto Charlotte. Naomi jumps onto Becky taking her down. Charlotte picks Naomi up and throws her on the barricade. Lana hits Charlotte from behind as Charlotte takes Lana out. She turns around and gets taken down by Naomi who throws her over the barricade into the crowd. Tamina throws Becky into the ring. Carmella throws Naomi into the ring post and it’s now Carmella and Becky in the ring. Carmella grabs Becky but Becky reverses it and applies the Dis-Arm-Her as Carmella taps out! Becky Lynch will be the SmackDown Live Women’s Team captain.

Winner: Becky Lynch


Promo: The Bludgeon Brothers

Another Bludgeon Brothers promo airs.


Backstage: Dolph Ziggler and Bobby Roode

Backstage Renee Young is interrupted by Dolph Ziggler. Dolph says she will ramble on with questions no one cares about until people hear a cool catchphrase, if you smelll…. But then he says “I told you so”. Bobby Roode is nothing but an entrance. “I told you so.” Bobby Roode is nothing but a fraud. “I told you so.” Bobby Roode couldn’t hang with Dolph Ziggler. “I told you so.” In coms Bobby Roode. Roode says he loves to run his mouth and him, he loves to fight. And that he actually enjoyed fighting him and since they both have one win over each other, why not have a last match. Bobby Roode says why not next week on Smackdown Live, Dolph Ziggler vs. Bobby Roode in a 2 out of 3 falls match. Dolph tells him he doesn’t get it, the match is on but he just hopess his ego can take being completely embarassed twice in one night. Roode tells Renee he has a feeling next week on Smackdown Live it’s going to be absolutely glorious.


Sami Zayn vs. Randy Orton

The bell rings, and they circle the ring. They lock up, and Orton powers him to the corner. Zayn turns him around and gives a clean break. They circle the ring, and Orton applies a side headlock. Zayn fights out of it and applies an arm bar. Orton backs him to the corner, and Zayn turns him around before playfully slapping his chest and backing up. Orton just smirks. Zayn is looking very limber. Zayn applies a waistlock, but Orton quickly gets out and wrenches the arm. Zayn puts him in the corner and chops the chest rather than giving a clean break. Zayn chops him a few more times, so Orton sends him flying with an uppercut. Orton punches away at him in the corner and viciously uppercuts him again. Orton does the Garvin Stomps and rakes the face with his boot. Orton uppercuts him once again and sends him into the ropes, but Zayn grabs the ropes and slides out of the ring. Orton follows him out and puts him back in the ring. Zayn quickly levels him with a baseball slide before clubbing him in the back of the head. Orton quickly attacks and sends him into the barricade, but Zayn jumps to the top and lays him out with a moonsault block! Zayn celebrates while we go to commercial.

We come back from the break to see Orton trapped in a chin lock. Orton fights up and punches out. Orton head-butts him and hits the ropes, but Zayn takes him down with a jumping heel kick for a near fall. Zayn slaps the mat in frustration. Zayn sets up for a suplex, but Orton blocks it. Orton then connects with a front suplex onto the top rope. Zayn grabs his midsection in pain. Orton connects with a pair of clotheslines and a powerslam. Orton goes for a hanging DDT, but Zayn gets out and bounces him off the apron. Orton reverses a whip into the commentary table, but Zayn leaps to the top and goes for another moonsault block. Zayn loses his balance, and Orton gives him a back suplex onto the table. Orton gets him in the ring and picks up a two count. Zayn tries for a desperation t-bone suplex into the corner, but Orton blocks it. Orton hits a t-bone suplex for a near fall. Zayn boots Orton back and hits a springboard cross-body block for a two count. Orton tries for an RKO, but Zayn counters into a backslide pin for a two count. Zayn quickly big boots him and goes to the top rope. Orton cuts him off and hits an impressive top rope superplex for a near fall. Zayn goes outside to recover and sends Orton into the ring post when he comes outside. Zayn backs up and charges, diving through the bottom and middle turnbuckles to hit a swinging DDT on the floor! Zayn gets in the ring and looks for a count-out, but Orton gets in.

Zayn goes for the Helluva Kick, but Orton moves. Orton connects with the hanging DDT and begins to stalk him. Kevin Owens runs down, and Orton kicks him in the face before going for a hanging DDT. Zayn quickly rolls Orton up for a near fall. Owens gets on the apron and distracts the referee. Orton uses that to low blow Zayn, which is payback for last week when Zayn did it to him. Orton then hits an emphatic RKO for the win.

Winner by Pinfall: Randy Orton

Randy Orton will be a member of the Smackdown Survivor Series Team. Owens does not look happy about this result.


Backstage: Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan

Shane McMahon is talking to Daniel Bryan backstage about what a great show it was. Bryan said he’s surprised Kurt Angle didn’t send his RAW roster to attack. McMahon says he was worrying for nothing. Bryan says he eventually will, and McMahon needs to be prepared for what happens when they do because that’s in his job description. Bryan then walks off.
