Impact Locker Room Worries

Some in Impact’s locker room are reportedly worried about Anthem possibly wanting to phase out more pre-Anthem era talent in favor of cheaper Canadian indie talent, according to PWInsider.

There is also a worry about more releases being made, targeting those who are not willing to take a pay cut.


Impact Producers

In regards to this year’s Bound For Glory event, Scott D’Amore was reported to have been the sole producer for the Impact Championship match while both Sonjay Dutt and Abyss worked on most of the matches on the card, with some input from D’Amore.

Gail Kim was reported to have helped out with the booking of the Knockouts Championship match and Jimmy Jacobs helped out with Team Impact versus Team AAA match.

Former EVOLVE wrestler Ethan Page made his Impact Wrestling debut during Thursday’s set of television tapings. He debuted as “Chandler Park” and was managed by Joseph Park.


Kenny Omega Wants to Stay with NJPW

During a recent interview with Tokyo Sports, Kenny Omega stated that he wants to stay in New Japan Pro Wrestling after his current deal expires, which is rumored to at the end of January 2018. He praised NJPW for being the “place where wrestlers can be themselves” and wants to help grow the appeal of the company worldwide.


ROH Final Battle

Ring of Honor announced that Cody Rhodes will be defending his ROH World Championship against Dalton Castle for December 15th’s Final Battle pay-per-view event at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.


NWA Ten Pounds of Gold

The NWA released the final episode of their “Ten Pounds of Gold” YouTube series hyping up this Sunday’s NWA Championship match between Nick Aldis and champion Tim Storm. This match will occur at the Oceanview Pavilion in Port Hueneme, California for Championship Wrestling From Hollywood.
