On Raw last night, Hideo Itami defeated Brian Kendrick, hitting him with his finisher, the “Go to Sleep.” Kendrick immediately grabbed at his eye and seemed to be in a lot of pain. Corey Graves speculated that he wouldn’t be surprised if Kendrick suffered a broken orbital bone, fractured nose, or worse.
According to PWInsider, Kendrick was sent to the hospital last night to be checked out for a potential legit injury, but no word yet on what it could be.
