Tommy Dreamer vs. Nick Aldis for NWA Championship

The NWA announced that NWA Champion Nick Aldis would defend the title against Tommy Dreamer on March 24 at a House of Hardcore show at the former ECW Arena in Philadelphia.

NWA announced that Aldis would defend the title twenty times in about sixty days.

Last week, Idolmania Sports Management announced the Aldis Crusade with Ten Pounds of Gold where the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis would defend the title over twenty times in just over sixty days. During filming for an upcoming Ten Pounds of Gold, Billy Corgan took the opportunity to talk about the Aldis Crusade and follow through with a promise he made back in November. With the Philadelphia Eagles winning the Super Bowl last night in Minneapolis, the NWA is announcing a historic NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title match for the city of Brotherly Love with one of the cities most iconic wrestling heroes on March 24th, 2018.

This underdog, like the Philadelphia Eagles, has always embodied the spirit of Philadelphia and it’s hardcore wrestling scene. First making headlines in ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling), this man was always the heart and soul of that promotion. On March 24th in his House of Hardcore, Tommy Dreamer will fight the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion.

With the Aldis Crusade kicking on February 11th, Nick Aldis faces a true challenge to his reign. Even Billy Corgan makes the statement “if you’re still champion.” to Mr. Aldis about this upcoming NWA Worlds Title match.

The Rock’s New Show

The Rock announced on The Tonight Show yesterday that he’s producing a new NBC show called “Titan Games” that will sort of be like American Gladiators and Ninja Warrior.
