ROH Announces Pre-Show Matches for Friday’s 16th Anniversary PPV

Ring of Honor announced two Quarterfinal matches from their Women of Honor tournament will air on Facebook Live as the pre-show for the 16th Anniversary pay-per-view event on March 9th. These matches will be Tenille Dashwood versus Brandi Rhodes and Sumie Sakai versus Hana Kimura.

Card for Friday’s Impact Wrestling Twitch Special

Impact Wrestling recently released the card for this Friday’s special on their official Twitch channel. This will be the airing of the tapings done last Sunday in Ontario, Canada and features eight matches in total.

The card for March 9th Twitch special:
* Impact World Championship Triple Threat Match – Kongo Kong versus Matt Sydal versus champion Austin Aries
* Knockouts Championship – KC Spinelli versus Allie

Misc. Wrestling News & Notes

Cody and The Young Bucks announced on Twitter that the official hotel associated with their upcoming All In event will be revealed on March 12th.

Major League Wrestling revealed the card for tonight’s Spring Break ’18 event features both semi-finals matches of their on-going World Heavyweight Championship tournament. These matches are Matt Riddle versus ACH and Jimmy Havoc versus Shane “Swerve” Strickland. The full card for the event can be found on MLW’s official website.

The Dayton Daily News reported the Montgomery Fairgrounds Coliseum is currently set to be demolished after this weekend’s boxing event and will be replaced with a newer building design. In terms of wrestling history, the Coliseum was the location of several notable events during Ring of Honor’s early years and the home of Heartland Wrestling Association during its time as the developmental system for both WCW and WWE.
