Full Card for ROH Supercard of Honor XII; Event to Set New ROH Attendance Record

Ring of Honor is expected to set a new record this Saturday for largest ever attendance for an event in ROH history. PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that ticket sales for Supercard of Honor XII are currently over 5,000 sold with a few hundred tickets still remaining for purchase. The current ROH attendance record was set at last year’s Supercard of Honor XI event with around 3,500 tickets sold.

ROH announced on Twitter that Chuck Taylor vs. Jonathan Gresham will be opening the show.

Ring of Honor uploaded the second round match of Mayu Iwatani vs. Deonna Purrazzo from their on-going Women of Honor Championship tournament to their YouTube channel.

The National Wrestling Alliance released a new episode of their Ten Pounds of Gold series focusing on last month’s NWA World Heavyweight Championship match between Tommy Dreamer and champion Nick Aldis.

New Japan Pro Wrestling revealed the cards for next month’s Wrestling Dontaku series of shows with the final show on May 4th headlined by the IWGP Heavyweight Championship match of Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. champion Kazuchika Okada. If Okada defeats Tanahashi, he will break the NJPW record for most consecutive title defenses in a single IWGP Heavyweight championship reign.

WWE.com is currently holding a poll asking fans which current RAW brand champion has the best chance of retaining their title at WrestleMania 34. The choices are Intercontinental champion The Miz, RAW Women’s champion Alexa Bliss, Universal champion Brock Lesnar, and RAW Tag Team champions The Bar.

At the time of this report, Intercontinental champion The Miz leads with 32% of the fan vote followed by Universal champion Brock Lesnar and RAW Women’s champion Alexa Bliss at 25% each.
