James Ellsworth could be returning to WWE as soon as this Sunday’s Money in the Bank PPV, according to PWInsider.
PWInsider says that there have been several recent creative pitches to bring Ellsworth back and Ellsworth is “slated to be at the Money in the Bank PPV.”
Of course, Ellsworth helped Carmella win the Money in the Bank ladder match at last year’s PPV, so a return at the PPV would be a good time for his return.
Ellsworth was released from WWE in November and has been working the indie scene since.
