WWE finally has plans to bring up Tough Enough 3 champion Matt Cappotelli to the SmackDown roster as a Cruiserweight challenger for Chavo Guerrero. However, a recent concussion that Cappotelli sustained while working a house show against Bob Holly in Tulsa, Oklahoma has delayed those plans. Remember that Holly is the one that gave Matt a very controversial beating while he was still in the race to win Tough Enough.
