Backstage at TNA's Final Resolution PPV this past Sunday night, Matt Bently and Alex Shelley got into a slight argument over the finish of the six man tag team match that opened the PPV featuring Bently, Chris Sabin and Sonjay Dutt against Shelley, Austin Aries and Roderick Strong.

Based on what is known, Bently got upset about the planned finish and things escalated so far that he challenged Shelley to a fight. Austin Aries ended up getting in the middle of the two and calmed things down.

Says one TNA source, "Alex had an idea for a finish. Shane didn't like it because it would leave egg on his face, but Alex was adamant. Shane overreacted."
