The following is an article from www.MMANEWS.com:

Big UFC 67 Change, Silva-Lutter No Longer Title Fight

Due to Travis Lutter failing to make the required 185 lb. weight limit for his scheduled title challenge against Middleweight champion Anderson Silva at UFC 67 this weekend, the fight will no longer be for the belt.

Lutter, who originally weighed in at 187 pounds had two hours to lose two pounds. Normally you're given a pound over, but in sanctioned title fights that is not the case. Irrelevant however, as Lutter came in two hours later having only lost a half a pound, tipping the scales at 186.5, a pound-and-a-half over the limit.

Silva agreed to take the fight regardless, but due to Nevada State Athletic Commission regulations, the bout will no longer be for the UFC Middleweight championship.

In other news, Terry Martin eventually did come in at 186 lbs., which means his fight with Jorge Rivera is still on. Martin originally weighed in 187, so he had to drop one pound (not two due to it being a non-title fight) in one hour.

-Anderson Silva (185 lbs.) vs. Travis Lutter (186.5 lbs.)
-Roger Huerta (156 lbs.) vs. John Halverson (155 lbs.)
-Mirko CroCop (223 lbs.) vs. Eddie Sanchez (229 lbs.)
-Quinton "Rampage" Jackson (205 lbs.) vs. Marvin Eastman (203 lbs.)
-Patrick Cote (185 lbs.) vs. Scott Smith (185 lbs.)
-"Lyoto" Ryoto Machida (203 lbs.) vs. Sam Hoger (206 lbs.)
-Tyson Griffin (156 lbs.) vs. Frank Edgar (154 lbs.)
