Hulk and Linda Hogan appeared in court today in Clearwater, FL. Linda asked the Judge to hold Hulk in contempt for failing to close on a $4.2 million Vegas condo that the two purchased when they were together.

Hulk now wants out of the deal, saying they bought it as a couple but now it serves no purpose, and is willing to lose his $840,000 deposit. Linda says he has to close now whether he wants to or not, likely in a move to get her more assets from the divorce case.
