- LOD 2000 won a 15-team battle royal
- Light Heavyweight Champion Taka Michinoku defeated Aguila
- European Champion Triple H defeated Owen Hart
- Marc Mero & Sable defeated Goldust & Luna
- Intercontinental Champion The Rock beat Ken Shamrock by DQ
- Cactus Jack & Chainsaw Charlie defeated the New Age Outlaws in a Dumpster Match to win the Tag Team Championship
- Undertaker defeated Kane
- Steve Austin pinned Shawn Michaels to become World Wrestling Federation Champion

Title Changes:
- Stone Cold Steve Austin defeated Shawn Michaels for the WWF Title
- Cactus Jack and Terry "Chainsaw Charlie" Funk defeated the NAO for the Tag Titles

WM Facts:
- HBK, Shawn Michaels last match up in the World Wrestling Federation to this date occured at Wrestlemania XIV, as HBK lost to Steve Austin in the main event of Wrestlemania 14.
- "The Baddest Man on the Planet," Former DX Member, Iron Mike Tyson was the special Enforcer for the main event at XIV. Tyson turned his back on DX-Mate, Shawn Michaels in the main event by counting the pin for Stone Cold.
- The European Title was defended for the first time ever at Wrestlemania, by Triple H, as Hunter defended against The late, Owen Hart.
- Pete Rose made his first apperance at Wrestlemania XIV to start his "Feud" with Kane. Rose was the ring announcer for the Kane/Taker match up, and before he could even announce the Taker, Pete was chokeslamed.
- The Rock coined the term, "If you smell what the Rock is cooking?" at Wrestlemania XIV in an interview with Gennifer Flowers.
- After HBK left the WWF after WM XIV, Triple H emerged from the PPV as the leader of D-Generation X, as he brought in Sean "X Pac" Waltman and the New Age Outlaws into the DX Fold the next night on Raw.
