– Rowdy Roddy Piper appeared at Wrestlemania once again, and like his apperance at Wrestlemania XI, Piper refereed a match up featuring his opponent at Wrestlemania XII, Bret Hart.
– WWF XI featured a bevel of Celebrities, as the least reads… Football players, Ken Norton Jr., Carl Banks, Rickey Jackson, Steve McMichael, Reggie White and Chris Spielman, and musical artists Salt-n-Pepa who all were featured in the main event between LT and Bam Bam Bigelow. While Pam Anderson, Jenny McCarthy, Jonathan Taylor Thomas, and Nicholas Turturro all played a part in the WWF title match between Diesel and Shawn Michaels.
