Milan Sonegra sent this in: Hi Ryan, Just wanted to let you know, I was walking around downtown Toronto yesterday and guess who I see in front of the Eaton Center Mall being arrested??? Yup you guessed it the Iron Sheik himself. I was going to take a picture but my camera wasn’t functioning properly. He was yelling profanities at the cops, was handcuffed and put in the backseat before being driven away. He was going off for a good 4-5 minutes. There was a large crowd in front of the mall who witnessed this. Some of the local news outlets are the Toronto Star, Globe and Mail & Toronto Sun. I was looking for a story on it this morning but no paper had written about it. There must have been over a hundred on-lookers though. I understand if you can’t write about it without any proof, but it was definitely the Sheik as he had his hijab on and me and my buddy were standing about 10 feet away. We recognized him right away. There were no news camera’s there that I saw.
