AC/DC will not be performing at WrestleMania XXV, due to European tour commitments. Linda McMahon commented late last year, at a cable conference, that the group would be performing the theme for the event. Apparently these comments were misunderstood, leading people to think the group would be performing live, when in actuality, WWE will just be using the group’s music.
The 1.31.09 edition of WWE AM Raw scored a 0.8 cable rating.
The 1.31.09 TNA iMPACT! replay scored a 0.3 cable rating.
Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling will debut on BRAVO in the UK on Saturday, at 8PM. It will serve as a lead in for the channel’s airing of TNA iMPACT!.
On June 11th, 2009 WWE will be holding a house show event at the Tesla Arena in Prague, Czech Republic. Tickets will go on sale on February 21st at 10AM.
