ECW’s 25-week streak of being the top rated program on the Sci-Fi Channel has come to an end. The 3/24 edition of “ECW on Sci-Fi” show drew a 1.3 rating with 1.7 million viewers. The series finale of “Battlestar Galactica,” which aired on Friday night, drew a 1.7 rating.
