Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson hosted the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards last night. John Cena was also at the show, although I don’t expect that many of our readers saw the show to provide a recap. There was said to be no interaction between the two on the show.
Mark sent this in: John Cena appeared on the pre show for the Kids Choice Awards on Nickelodeon (last night). Cena and Megan Fox were interviewed by a few kids hosts. The kids asked Cena if he thought Dwayne Johnson would be a good host. Cena responded by saying that Dwayne Johnson entertained the WWE fans for years and that he would be spectacular. A superhero cast member then presented Cena with some personal award and put a cape on his back. Cena said something about the power of the force and that “they can’t see us”. I am assuming that Cena will also appear on the Award show. It will be interesting to see if any interaction will happen between Cena and Johnson especially with the recent comments by Cena towards Johnson.
As noted earlier here on the site, WWE had a camera crew at ESPN with John Cena on Friday. Although not confirmed, it is believed the company also got footage of former announcer Jonathan “The Coach” Coachman who now works for ESPN. ESPN had been scheduled to do some kind of a piece on the company since February.
