This past Thursday night on iMPACT!, Lance Rock was pinned in Beer Monday’s latest “Off The Wagon Challenge” match (“Loser Leaves Town” match), so he’s officially gone from TNA. His profile has since been removed from the TNA website. On the other hand, tag partner Jimmy Rave was not pinned, so he is still a member of the TNA roster for the time being. On February 10, 2009, news broke that Rock was parting ways with TNA. In actuality, his contract was set to expire and TNA decided then not to renew it.
UGO.com recently conducted an interview with TNA Knockout Rhaka Khan. The former WWE Diva Search contestant discusses her break in the wrestling business, what attracted her to wrestling, what TNA offers that other promotions don’t, what she “geeks out for,” and more. Khan is also asked about her favorite wrestler of all-time, to which she replies Undertaker. “My favorite wrestler of all time I would have to say is the person who reminds me the most of myself in the ring. I’m not saying on ability, I’m talking about the look and the persona.” Khan told UGO.com. “I would have to say the Undertaker for sure.”
On Thursday’s iMPACT!, TNA ran another promo promoting the “One Night with ODB” contest with the winner being chosen two weeks from now at the Destination X pay-per-view. Once again, Ontario-based indy wrestler Cody Deaner was shown in the segment. He has been under contract to TNA since November 2007, but has yet to be introduced.
