The following was issued by WWE: WWE® LAYS THE SMACKDOWN® ON SWEDEN’S TV4 February 27, 2009 London, February 27, 2009 – World Wrestling Entertainment® (WWE) and TV4 have announced a new agreement that will launch SmackDown on TV4 Sport in Sweden on February 28. WWE’s globally renowned SmackDown Superstars, including Undertaker®, Edge®, Triple H®, Big Show® and Mr. Kennedy®, are set to wow Sweden every Saturday at 5pm with their unique brand of excitement, drama and athleticism. Johan Kleberg, CEO of TV4 Sport, said: “It is with pleasure that TV4 Sport welcomes back WWE and SmackDown to Sweden. At TV4 Sport we understand that there are already thousands of WWE fans in Sweden.
