It was announced on last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown that Montel Vontavious Porter would be defending his WWE United States Championship against Dolph Ziggler on next week’s show — which will emanate from “The World’s Most Famous Arena,” Madison Square Garden.

As announced on this past Monday’s episode of Raw, WWE.com ranked #1 for Entertainment websites during the month of February in the all important Males under 34 demographic, beating Oprah.com, AOL TV, CBS.com, TMZ.com, FOX.com and MTV.com, among others.

WWE will be touring Western Canada in August of 2009. Here are the dates & locations:

August 7th – Credit Union Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
August 8th – Brandt Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan
August 8th – Interior Savings Centre in Kamloops, British Columbia
August 9th – Medicine Hat Arena in Medicine Hat, Alberta
August 9th – Prospera Place in Kelowna, British Columbia
August 10th – Pengrowth Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta
August 10th – ENMAX Centrium @ Westerner Park in Red Deer, Alberta
