As announced on last night’s episode of ECW, Christian will be defending his ECW Championship against Jack Swagger and Tommy Dreamer in a Triple Threat Hardcore Rules Match. The storyline going into the match is that Dreamer’s WWE career is at stake because if he doesn’t win the title, he will leave the company. His contract with WWE expires the day before, so he signed a “one day extension” to compete in the title match.
Candice Michelle noted on her Twitter account (www.twitter.com/divacandicem) that she was backstage at last night’s SmackDown event in Los Angeles and got to practice in the ring. Candice was also backstage at RAW Monday night. Still no word yet on when she’ll be able to return to action.
