Matt Hardy posted the following blog today on his MySpace Page today: Hey guys and gals-just wanted Matt Hardy the person to get on here and address everyone, as opposed to the “Black Cloud’ Matt Hardy. Although I’m wrestling a full-time schedule with a legitimate broken hand, I am not down, upset, or sad. You guys and gals should know me better then that now, LOL. I’m always good. Besides the fact I’m being nagged by my broken hand, everything else in life is going fabulous. Really, really good. My original blog was cryptic, and is a true statement, that will make sense to everyone in time.. One that most of the wrestling newsites translated as having something to do with Jeff and the WWE. Maybe it did, maybe it didn’t. Time will tell. Although I must admit, I thoroughly enjoyed them picking up the story and trying to decipher it. Plus, it made my blog the #1 myspace blog for a couple days-good press and publicity, thanks guys! It’s no secret I love putting pieces of info out there that allow people to interpret it how they wish. And no, no one made me take it down for letting “the cat out of the bag”
Tommy Dreamer recently posted a new blog on the WWE Universe, discussing retirement rumors and that he may go to TNA when his WWE contract is up. Here are some of the highlights: 1.Tommy Dreamer will be retiring after his contract expires. When I first made my speech I never said the words retire. Go back and replay it if you want, the words never came out of my mouth. I am not Brett Farve, Floyd Mayweather or my mentor Terry Funk. When I say the words retire, I am gone for good. No comebacks, no matches just gonna sit back and relax. I am way to young to call it quits. Plus with the economy the way it is I will have to be wrestling somewhere when I am deep into my seventies. 4. Tommy Dreamer will be going to TNA I have close relationships with many of their wrestlers. I have nothing but great things to say about Dixie Carter. I have tons of respect for Jeff Jarrett for what he did in WWE as well as for taking a risk in starting your own company (been there it is so hard). I watch every week because I am a huge wrestling fan and enjoy the show. I am just seeing my journey to the end. Good or bad.
According to MyFoxLA.com, fans in Denver are not happy about the WWE cancellations, due to Ticketmaster not refunding “convenience charges” and “facility fees” for their tickets.
