Piven/RAW Guest Host Update, Hogan’s Girlfriend, Morrison, More

» The New York Daily News covered the announcement that Jeremy Piven will be guest hosting Raw. I made a mistake yesterday when I said he’d be co-hosting w/ Shaq. Piven will be the sole RAW guest host in two weeks while Shaq will be the sole guest host next week.

» The San Jose Mercury has a story up on wrestling fan Charles Osborne, who has plead guilty to murder and assault and battery charges. On July 15th, Osborne attacked guests while watching a WWE PPV.

» Mike Levay of 93.1 The Wolf in Richmond, VA spoke with WWE’s John Morrison yesterday before the WWE ECW/Smackdown tapings. In the interview, Morrison discussed resentment from the locker room over winning Tough Enough, who he looked up to as a kid, his current gimmick and more. » WWE will be holding a Raw house show at the Zenith of Strasbourg in Strasbourg, France on April 14th, 2010 during the WrestleMania Revenge Tour. Tickets for the event will go on sale September 16th at 10AM.
