KPBI-CA in Arkansas began airing “retro television” programming tonight, instead of WWE Smackdown. There was no warning of the change. KPBI has in fact dropped MyNetworkTV, which means Cox Cable subscribers in Arkansas no longer have an affiliate for the station.
