The Ultimate Warrior’s lawsuit against WWE, which the Warrior already conceded, will be dismissed with prejudice November 27th. The lawsuit was over the Self Destruction of The Ultimate Warrior DVD. Warrior recently stated that a portion of the lawsuit that is under federal jurisdiction is still ongoing, but that has not been confirmed.
