WWE Diva Release Confirmed, ROH-TNA Relationship, Cornette News

— It has been confirmed that WWE recently parted ways with developmental women’s wrestler Jenny Quinn (a/k/a Penny Cash).

— Tickets are on sale for the April 3rd ROH internet PPV from Charlotte. The event is titled “Big Bang”.

— Jim Cornette and former WCW promoter Gary Juster are heavily involved with the promotion of the event. Greg Price, who has previously operated the NWA Legends conventions in the area, will be helping with the show as well.

— Jim Cornette is working hard to break ROH into some of the southern markets that have been traditionally strong markets for wrestling.

— In regards to the Motor City Machine Guns working for ROH on May 8th, TNA is allowing their talent to appear again for ROH as long as the footage is not used on HDNet or any potential PPV broadcast. There is no real working relationship, just that ROH can book TNA talent through the company like any other independent company.

— On a side note, I am still waiting to hear from ROH’s head of security Zach Yeager or someone from ROH about a situation on Saturday night in NYC.
