— People Magazine made a note that Ryan Phillipe was very excited about meeting Ricky Steamboat at Raw Monday Night.
— Nick Fox sent this one along: I went to Spin Street in Mohegan Sun for the Chris Jericho “Chasing the Grail” CD signing on Tuesday before Smackdown. The signing was suppose to start at 2. A security guard came over to us around 2:05 and said that he’s going to be 30-45 minutes late because he’s driving himself from Jersey and he’s currently in Hartford, CT. All in all, he was 70 minutes late for the event. He got a good reaction from the crowd as he came in. I’d say all in all between 100-200 people in line. With the CD (which you needed to buy), he signed one additional item. However, he did not pose for pictures. You could take pictures, but they were trying to make the line go fast. Chris seemed in good spirits when I met him. I wished him good luck for the tapings and he thanked me.
