— The plan going into the WWE Over the Limit pay-per-view was for John Cena to beat Batista in their “I Quit” match to retain the WWE Championship. Of course, that did happen. According to a source, this was Batista’s last match with WWE and he is indeed leaving the company. Our sources tell us Batista is finished “at least for now” so obviously the door is not shut for a return later this year which is something representatives for Batista have maintained will happen.
