Major WWE Injury Updates – Randy Orton & CM Punk

It appears as if Randy Orton separated his shoulder during the neck snap spot during his comeback in the match against Edge. When he punched the mat, he furthered the injury.

According to WWE.com, Randy Orton separated the right right shoulder. We reported last night that the early word regarding Orton was that he suffered a dislocated shoulder during his match with Edge at Over the Limit. Right after the match with Edge, many trainers were checking on Orton backstage. More details as they become available.

Joey Styles posted the following on his Twitter (http://twitter.com/JoeyStyles), regarding CM Punk’s injury at the WWE Over the Limit PPV… I just witnessed CM Punk get 13 surgical staples put in his head. Photos and video are too graphic for WWE.COM.

The word going around is that CM Punk had his head split open by Rey Mysterio’s knee brace.
