SITE NOTE: I’m headed up to the Saratoga race track to gamble on some horses (wish me luck!) and then we’re headed to the Saratoga City Center for a live pro boxing event tonight. I won’t be home until very, very late. I plan to be awake real early tomorrow (Saturday) and will update the news then. We’re then throwing a huge birthday bash with 30+ people on Saturday for my niece who’s turning five. Although he was featured in the online video promo for Hardcore Justice on August 8, Shane Douglas has not yet agreed to terms with TNA to appear at the PPV.

A person close to The Franchise said that Douglas was worried that fans might order the PPV expecting to see him and then be disappointed if he didn’t show.
