Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Dirk Hayhurst, who broke the news of the WWE Superstar’s surgery on his Twitter account last Thursday, has since removed the posts. It was later disclosed that he underwent surgery to repair a torn muscle tendon in his arm, which will sideline him for several more months.
