WWE & TNA News: Batista-NBC, Whipwreck Surgery Set

— Former TNA X Division Champion Petey Williams turns 29 years old today. It is said that he is currently working as a personal trainer in Michigan.

— Mikey Whipwreck posted the following on his Facebook today… “OK Here’s the scoop. Anterior Cervical Disectomy & Fusion surgery set for mid October. I’d do it sooner but I have some things coming up that I can’t put off. Dr. says I’m crazy for waiting that long but What can ya do? I’m just a bad ass. lol.”

— Dave Batista is set to appear on NBC’s Chuck this fall. Batista, Eric Roberts and Joel David Moore are set to play three soldiers of fortune, and Batista’s character will have a previous relationship with Casey. The episode will air this fall. Steve Austin also returns to the show this season, but in a different episode.
