— WWE and Vince & Linda McMahon’s attorneys have filed motions to dismiss a lawsuit brought on them by Martha Hart, Owen Hart’s widow. Hart’s attorneys have until 10/11 to respond to motions.

— Here are the weekend ratings from Mexico: SmackDown! 8.4, CMLL 3.7, and AAA 4.1. MUN2 reported their best ratings ever with the 9/15 replay of Raw in English with 185,000 viewers.

— WWE Studios’ Legendary made $29,306 over the weekend, bringing its total gross after two weeks of limited release to $191,755. The movie is due out on Wal-Mart on DVD and Blu-Ray on 9/28.
