— Platinum Championship Wrestling had been advertising a title vs. title vs. title match between ROH champion Roderick Strong, NWA champion Adam Pearce and PCW champion Shane Marx. ROH has informed the promotion that the match was no longer to be billed as a triple title match, as they were not going to sanction the bout as an ROH Title defense. They are still allowing Strong to work the event. ROH officials want Strong’s first title defense to be in an ROH ring. It is also believed that the match was set up before Adam Pearce departed ROH.
