Major Sammartino Opponent To Appear At WrestleReunion

The upcoming WrestleReunion event on April 3 is looking to be a fine tribute to one of the all-time greats, Bruno Sammartino, who will be making his final public appearance outside of Pittsburgh. And now, a big name from Bruno’s direct past has been added to the event, as Ivan Koloff – the wrestler who defeated him for the WWWF Heavyweight Championship – will be at the event, which will be at the Downtown Marriott in Atlanta, Georgia.

Former WWF star Tatanka will be making an appearance there as well.

WrestleReunion will also feature Kamala, Mickie James, Carlito, Scott Steiner, Tommy Dreamer, Christy Hemme and WWE Hall of Famers The Iron Sheik, Nikolai Volkoff and “Cowboy” Bob Orton for photos and autograph opportunities. Many of the wrestlers will also be taking part in a special luncheon to honor Bruno and his career.
