According to Variety, WWE has signed a deal with K-Mart, which will make the retail chain the exclusive sponsor of all WWE live events, including pay-per-views, through the rest of 2011. It is a multi-million dollar deal, which starts today and runs through the end of 2011.
As a part of the deal, the store will sponsor TV tapings, PPVs and house shows. WWE will run 30-second spots during TV broadcasts and the K-Mart logo will be embedded on WWE PPV signs.
K-Mart will also promote WWE in their stores, with 12 appearances by wrestlers scheduled.
