Earlier reports of developmental wrestler Brett DiBiase being released from his WWE developmental contract are erroneous as he worked two matches as a referee at this evening’s Florida Championship Wrestling live event in Tampa, Florida.
It was reported earlier this week that his profile was removed from the Florida Championship Wrestling website, which is often an indication that a talent has been released. Furthermore, several sources noted that the third generation wrestler was let go. We apologize for the earlier error.
