— TNA Wrestling has announced an IMPACT Wrestling World Tour date for Saturday, September 3 at the Shenandoan County Fairgrounds in Woodstock, Virginia.

— Fans of Shannon Moore have asked “The Prince of Punk” if he is still affiliated with TNA Wrestling because he has not appeared on television in recent weeks.

“Hey guys some have asked if I’m still in TNA,” he wrote on Twitter. “I am still under contract. I have not been on tv the past few weeks or the next few to come.”

— As we reported, WWE.com announced Friday that Betty Wagner, the first wife of WWE Hall of Famer Gorgeous George, died that day at the age of 98 in Gearhart, Oregon. Wagner attended the 2010 WWE Hall of Fame Induction ceremony to accept the posthumous induction on behalf of Gorgeous George. All of us at wish to extend our deepest condolences to Mrs. George’s family and friends, including her four children, Carol Kelley, Donnie, Rex and Honi.
