— Northeast Wrestling has announced the main event for their October 1 return to the Mid-Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. There will be a No DQ match between WWE Hall of Famers Terry Funk and Jerry “The King” Lawler, and this has been billed as their final meeting ever. This match will end their long rivalry that reached legendary status in Memphis, and included such highlights as an Empty Arena match. Dave Finlay, Eddie Edwards, Tommy Dreamer, Chavo Guerrero, Mickie James and Tough Enough finalist Luke Robinson are also expected to be there.
