Serve as a strategic consultant throughout the search process
Provide a positive experience to internal clients and candidates
Serve as a WWE brand ambassador and stay up to date on WWE products and businesses
Minimize “time to fill” and “cost per hire” but not at the expense of obtaining the best possible talent
Strive to identify and place diversity candidates
Comply with all relevant legislation
