— John Cena and CM Punk were both reportedly very ecstatic after their WWE Title match at SummerSlam on Sunday. One source said they had never seen Cena that happy after working a match in the years they have worked with him. Overall, everyone was happy with the way SummerSlam as a whole came off.
— WWE has released a WWE Championship commemorative plaque for SummerSlam from the John Cena vs. CM Punk match. The plaque comes with a 15×17 pop-in photo frame.
— Jim Ross and Steve Austin are headed to WWE headquarters in Stamford, CT today to finish work on Austin’s upcoming WWE DVD set. Austin wrote on Twitter that there was “lots of bad ass stuff on this new dvd set.”
