The Orlando Sentinel reports that New Jack and Terri Runnels were back in a Florida court today because of the naked pictures Jack took of her while they were together.
Circuit Judge Linda Schoonover issued a temporary restraining order three weeks ago against Jack distributing the pictures.
Neither side presented an argument, as New Jack’s lawyer said that he destroyed the pictures and so there was no reason to keep the injunction. However, Runnels’ lawyer said it should be permanent in case the former ECW wrestler kept copies.
Schoonover decided to keep the temporary order in place until she makes her final decision. New Jack’s lawyer also said that he will counter-sue Runnels (she filed a defamation suit last month), claiming that she gave him an STD.
